President Duterte, the genius tactician/strategist, is slowly finding out kung sino talaga ang may tiwala sa kanya.

The Pres. is again feeling the pulse.

Looking back in the weeks and days before he decided to run for Pres., he went around to see if he has political support and allies. He found very few, almost none.

But the Filipinos, overwhelming majority, beg him to run. Naalala niyo pa ba?

Takboooooo ... ang sabi sa kanta.

Bakit tayo takot? Hindi naman nagbago ang kanyang hangarin.

Pres. Duterte was very consistent sa kanyang pangako.

"My gad, I heyt drugs!" Ika nga niya. I will STOP Corruption, Proliferation of Drugs and Criminality.

Put .... ina! I will ... you if you do that to my youth and to my country. O' di ba!

In most of his speech he reiterates his anger on drugs. But there is one promise that I know he will never renege.

It still reverberates in my heart.

His words before he became Pres: “Pag naa nako, muingon ko na, I will revolt from the inside, dili revolt na magpatay ta. Naa nakoy back-up sa katawhan, back up sa tanan, ang military, pulis musunod na na

[Kapag nandoon na ako, I will revolt from the inside, hindi revolt na magpatayan tayo. Kapag may back-up ako sa tao, sa lahat, ang military, pulis susunod na iyan],” he said.

The mainstream media was using his Revolutionary Mindset to scare the Filipino's that he will become a dictator.

So far, in the past 17 months, he accomplished a monumental task that no other Pres. in the Philippines has ever achieved.

But he admits that he faces challenges and that he is tired, sometimes, even jokes that he just wants to go home to his family (and we will gladly take him back sa Davao). Yet he vows, that, in order for the status quo to stop him, they would have to kill him.

Now looking from within the supporters circle, there is a divided opinion.

Once again, the President is testing who are those who remember his plans and remain supportive.

Personally, I hate being tested but I'm happy with what he's doing because I can see clearly who are his real supporters.

Those who will trust him, no matter what and those who are (maybe) riding on to his popularity and building an audience in the process.

Btw. That's only my impression. I could be wrong. I'm not accusing anyone. That's why I said, maybe. Mind you, it is a smart move and I've nothing against that. Matter of fact, I wish I'm wrong with that impression.

Leading to the People's General Assembly on Nov. 30, 2017, the Filipinos who wants to give him the necessary extraordinary power, because they fully trust him.

Those who trust that he will use that Extraordinary Power (Revolutionary Power) granted to him by the People to effect the necessary change.

They are the Filipinos who will go out and participate in the declaration to grant him the Revolutionary Powers.

Yes, we want Revolutionary Government, but we, the Filipino people cannot simply do that.

The Constitution only gives us the Sovereign Authority to grant the President Powers to declare the Revolutionary Government. A Transition (Temporary Government) towards Federalism.

The desicion to declare a Revolutionary (Transition) Government is TOTALLY up to him.

Our President is too smart to be dictated by anyone and for the many years of his leadership as Mayor in a once out of control City, he surely proved that he knows how to manage peace and order.

We trusted him for that same reason.

The Pres. may accept or ignore the Filipino People's plea this time if he thinks it's not necessary.

We shall respect that.

The point here is that, he knows WHO are the TRUE supporters willing to grant the Extraordinary Power to him.

Making this POWER available via declaration on Livestream for the entire World to know that the POWER has been given and ready for him to use whenever necessary.

The International Community is not ignorant to NOT understand that process. Transitional Government is not new.

Yong mga nag-sa suggest na baka ma-isolate tayo from the International Community is underestimating our Presidents ability to negotiate and collaborate with influential World Leaders.

Recently he had a chance to have a personal meeting with Pres. Xi Jing Pin, PM Abe Shinzu, Pres Trump, Pres. Putin, even Canada's Trudeau, Mexico's Nieto and India's Modi. Not to mention the entire ASEAN.

He also reach out for Russian support before he threatens to abrogate EDCA. This was the time when Democrat Hillary Clinton was leading the poll sa US.

Our Pres. knows what he's doing!

There are those who are making a big deal out of this, just as the media and those will be negatively affected by the RevGov because of (maybe) self-vested interest.

Para doon sa mga natatakot dahil sa opinyon ng mga "expert bloggers", mga iilang abogado at academics, we respect your input, belief and rights not to support.

Uulitin namin.

All good tayo diyan.

At the end of the day, bayan natin ito, Presidente natin siya. Magtiwala tayo sa kanya. Peace!
